Luxe Lineup: Fendi Fall/Winter 2026 collection
Maria Grazia Chiuri makes her return to Fendi with this Fall/Winter collection. After nine years as the creative director of Dior, the designer is now back where she started her journey, this time, as the brand’s chief creative officer.
At the core of the collection was the notion of, “Less I, More We,” which is shown through the use of a monochrome color palette featuring creams, whites, and blacks with pops of the three primary colors, yellow, blue, and red. Each piece is tailored to perfection; a polished look is at the forefront of the unity that this collection embodies. Lines are crisp, handbags have structure, and lace and furs are the only materials used to create movement.
Slogan t-shirts were done in collaboration with Italian designer Sagg Napoli, which seemed to be an ode to Chiuri’s debut collection for Dior which featured a slogan tee printed with, “we should all be feminists.” Napoli’s designs included the slogan of the show, “less I, more we,” and the same in Italian, as well as “rooted but not stuck,” “present but not dependent,” and “loyal but not obedient.”
Chiuri’s distinct style breaks through in this collection, with tastes of her time at Dior showing through. Looking back at Chiuri’s Fall/Winter shows for Dior in the past few years, the same creams, blacks, lace and tailored suits are now making their way to the Fendi runway.
Chiuri’s continued collaboration with female artists made her time at Dior particularly special, as Christian Dior always designed with his sister in mind. While Maria Grazia Chiuri has brought her flair for beautiful construction to the role, this collection is slightly lacking a distinct Fendi identity, earning this collection a rating of opulent allure.
